This site uses no cookies
We set no cookies, we use no Google Analytics or other statistics tools, there are no advertising pixels, and we load no fonts or scripts from external services. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to accept.
Links to Instagram and WhatsApp point to third-party sites: they only open if you click them, and from that point their own privacy policies apply.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill in the contact or booking forms you give us your name, email or phone number, the service you need, the event date, the number of guests and your message. If you leave a review, we collect the name you write, the rating and the text.
Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, for security and diagnostics. We do not use it to profile you.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to you, prepare a quote and deliver the service you asked for. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual steps) and, for reviews, your consent. Technical data serves the security of the site.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data as our hosting provider. Emails arrive in a Gmail (Google) inbox. If you write to us on WhatsApp (Meta), the conversation stays on that platform. No one else receives your data, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if the service goes ahead, for the period required by accounting and tax rules. Requests with no follow-up are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Write to sound.services.ch@gmail.com.
We handle data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people living in the European Union, under the GDPR.
